Hi Betty: Thanks for stopping by and entering my draw at OWOH, the doll is not delicate, and a careful 9 year old may be able to play with it, I'm not sure I'd give it to a younger child just because of the paint used, I wouldn't want a child kissing it or licking. I can't believe your 9year old still plays with dolls how great, we don't see girls do that nearly enough these days. Good Luck.
This shop is doing such a good job- I listed a pair of wristwarmers for it and I've some bags yet to finish. One of my giveaway prizes came from it too.
